Conflict Resolution: between individuals, within and between groups and entire organizations. Resolution to ensure saving important initiatives and key stakeholders positions, influence and careers from destructive outcomes. Always keeping an eye on opportunity creation and risk management.
Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Workshops and Lectures: workshops for groups of 6-8 in negotiation and conflict resolution skills. In the workshops, Dr. Fisher will provide a range of case examples to teach the skill sets necessary to successfully address both basic and complex conflict and negotiation issues. Participants are also welcome to bring actual current or past examples that they would like the Dr. Fisher and the group to tackle.
