I work with leaders, their executive teams and boards to assess their current strategy execution and map out future strategy for aligned and successful execution. I employ a process of “amplification” to leverage current capability, speed of execution and assess processes, understanding and current execution capability and a picture of future capability. Then, I create a path and process with my clients to close that gap and get there with an accelerated robust pace.
I focus to assist my clients to move from concept to execution. As such, I am equally at home brainstorming and uncovering new directions and business opportunities, resolving conflicts, creating negotiation strategies and fostering growth. I am regularly engaged with enterprise level transactions, strategy execution and complex leadership issues that are focused on cost savings, risk reduction and revenue production.
