Winning Language:
Dr. Fisher helps clients to learn the recognition of Diminishing Speech and then helps them to move to strategies to obtain and leverage Impactful Speech. Dr. Fisher teaches the Winning Language course, as well as to individuals and teams, and prepares them for negotiations, impact, strategy, and growth. This course of Winning Language also creates stronger thinking.
Our language, that which we use in every day speech has room to strengthen. There is room to become more impactful and create stronger outcomes. It is a matter of becoming aware of language that is better changed and what should be done to create those changes. Winning Language provides that path and the tools to employ and sustain them.
Each of us has favorable outcomes that we wish to achieve in our lives: an interview, a negotiation for a job or a salary, a relationship, a position in a company, a conflict resolution, an interview for a position in a school, being a leader, influencing a relationship, persuading an individual or a group to a certain outcome in which we believe. This is method contains a partial list of both Diminishing and Impactful speech. It will widen. It will grow longer.
Given that there are outcomes that most people seek, imagine that there is a way to achieve those outcomes more effectively than you have already. In fact, there are, and this method will take you through a path to get you there. And, along the way, you will learn, become more self-aware, effective and think differently as well be seen and heard differently by others.
The title of this is process, Winning Language, encompasses a number of concepts that embrace other aspects of language as well. The common thread here will be achieving more successful outcomes, becoming more aware, have a strategy to continue to build winning language, recognize the successes that it creates, and are willing to do the work to achieve and sustain the target results.
As you consider engaging with the key precepts of the Winning Language guide, you will also be deciding how you present yourself to others, whether the strategies outlined there are worth your while to achieve your desired outcomes. You will affect the outcomes you want achieve, how you think about your words and their use and how your words affect others.
This work has been proven. You will find that to be the case. You will benefit in the short and long run and your
skills will expand.

CERTAIN WORDS DIMINISH WHAT IS BEING SAID AND DIMINISH US– THE SPEAKER.
WE ARE MOSTLY UNAWARE OF THESE SPECIFIC WORDS THAT WE SAY. I REFER TO THEM AS DILUTING WORDS. THEY DIMINSH THE IMPACT OF THE SPEAKER. THEY ARE PART OF DIMINISHING SPEECH.
The WINNING LANGUAGE METHODOLOGY shifts DIMINISHING SPEECH to speech which is IMPACTFUL.
